• Ensure fraud detection, liveliness checks, and ID verification during interviews.
• Manage interviewer pools and align them with role-specific needs.

3. Background Verification (BGV) Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Perform candidate background checks, identity verification, and compliance monitoring.
• Integrate third-party verification partners into the RoboHR system.
• Oversee fraud detection mechanisms and mentor support programs.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate learning modules, feedback collection, and performance analytics.
• Support employee onboarding and career development pathways.
• Act as liaison between employees and AI-driven career guidance tools.

Technical & Product Development Roles

1. AI/ML Engineer – Recruitment Intelligence

Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize AI models for resume parsing, job matching, and bias-free screening.
• Develop NLP pipelines for candidate-job fit scoring.
• Train ML models using recruitment datasets (ATS, resumes, interviews).
• Implement fraud detection and liveliness checks using computer vision.

2. Full Stack Developer (React/Node.js)

Responsibilities:
