Product Manager – HR Tech
Responsibilities:
• Define product roadmap for RoboHR modules (ExSource, ExQualify, ExInterview, ExVerify, etc.).
• Conduct market research with HR leaders to align features with industry trends.
• Bridge between technical and HR/recruitment teams.
• Own KPIs such as time-to-hire reduction, candidate experience, and platform adoption.
