• Monitor skill assessments, coding tests, and whiteboard sessions.
• Ensure fraud detection, liveliness checks, and ID verification during interviews.
• Manage interviewer pools and align them with role-specific needs.
3. Background Verification (BGV) Specialist
Responsibilities:• Perform candidate background checks, identity verification, and compliance monitoring.
• Integrate third-party verification partners into the RoboHR system.

Technical & Product Development Roles
1. AI/ML Engineer – Recruitment Intelligence
Responsibilities:• Build and optimize AI models for resume parsing, job matching, and bias-free screening.
• Develop NLP pipelines for candidate-job fit scoring.
• Train ML models using recruitment datasets (ATS, resumes, interviews).
• Implement fraud detection and liveliness checks using computer vision.
